The PMV 50.5Y is ideally suited for drying materials with a high water content such as dairy products, fish, meat, fruit products, syrups, creams, or liquid resins. By placing the sample on a glass fiber filter and the targeted irradiation of microwaves, uniform drying is ensured. The moisture content of the sample is determined by the weight loss during the drying process.
