For net order values of EUR 500 or more, we deliver parcel-ready goods "free domicile".

Bulky or heavy goods are delivered by freight on a pallet and are subject to a flat shipping fee, regardless of the net order value. This is indicated in the detail view of each relevant item. For orders of test weights with a total weight of 31–41 kg (depending on denomination), we deliver on a pallet by freight. Since this cannot be mapped in the online shop, you will receive the final shipping costs in our order confirmation. Customers from other countries, please inquire by email, as individual shipping rates apply.

Note:  The above-mentioned shipping costs are based on mixed calculation and apply only to direct orders placed through our online shop. For other forms of ordering, we reserve the right to apply different shipping cost calculations.

We do not ship to parcel stations.

After placing the order and receiving the automatic order confirmation, we will check product availability and send an order confirmation with banking details. Shipping or production starts only after payment is received. If no payment is made within 10 business days, the order may be canceled.
