Shipping and payment conditions

Within Germany applies: From a net order value of €500, we deliver packageable goods “free of charge”.

Bulky or heavy goods are delivered on a pallet by a freight company and are charged a flat shipping fee, regardless of the net order value. This is stated for each corresponding item in the detailed view. For orders of test weights with a total weight of 31 - 41 kg (depending on the denomination), we deliver on a pallet via a freight forwarder. Since this cannot be displayed in the online shop, you will find out the final shipping costs in our order confirmation. Customers from other countries, please inquire by email as individual shipping costs apply.

Note: The shipping costs mentioned above result from a mixed calculation and only apply to direct orders via our online shop. For other forms of ordering, we reserve the right to calculate different shipping costs.

We do not deliver to packing stations.

Please note our minimum order value of €50.00 (net, plus VAT).

Possible payment methods:

Payment in advance	DE +  EU +  CH 2% discount when paying in advance Customers from Germany, other EU countries and Switzerland can pay in advance if other payment methods are not available to them. After the order and after the automatic order confirmation, we check the current availability and send the customer an order confirmation with the account details. The goods will only be dispatched or the manufacturer commissioned after receipt of payment. If payment is not made within 10 working days, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Paypal	DE +  EU +  CH Customers from Germany, other EU countries and Switzerland can pay via PayPal to choose a mutually secure payment method or if the other payment methods are not available to them. In the last step of the order and in the automatic order confirmation there is a link that takes the customer to PayPal so that they can make the payment.
Amazon Pay	DE +  EU +  CH Customers from Germany, other EU countries and Switzerland can pay via Amazon Pay to choose a mutually secure payment method or if the other payment methods are not available to them. Customers can pay directly in the item list or in the last step of the order as well as in the automatic order confirmation via a link.
Credit card	DE +  EU Customers from Germany and other EU countries can pay by credit card if other payment methods are not available to them. Only Visa or MasterCard credit cards are accepted.
Payment by invoice	DE The “invoice” payment method is only available to businesses, clubs, doctors, authorities and other public institutions within Germany. When registering, please provide your exact company name and VAT number. (if available). We reserve the right to carry out a credit check and to accept or exclude payment methods. The invoice amount must be paid within 14 days without deductions.
