Please note:

There is no general right of cancellation or return for tradespeople, companies, authorities and other public institutions!

In most cases, correctly delivered and perfectly functioning scales cannot be returned. Possible return options depend on the manufacturer and type of scale and must be discussed in advance in each individual case. If a return is possible, inspection and restocking fees will be charged. The amount of the fees also depends on the manufacturer and type of balance.

Calibrations, calibration certificates, transport costs and other services are generally non-refundable. Used goods cannot be exchanged.
