With its robust construction made of stainless steel 1.4301, it is particularly resistant and hygienic. The floor scale offers precise weight measurements for internal control weighings and can be calibrated according to accuracy class III.

Product Features:
- High load capacity and flexible design: The floor scale has a weighing range from 300 kg to 3000 kg and dimensions of 1500 x 1500 x 90 mm. The load capacity is 3500 kg. The hinged load plate allows for easy placement of bulky weighing goods and the smooth surface is suitable for all types of scales. The floor scale can be flexibly installed either above floor or flush with the ground.
- Reliable and precise weighing data: The floor scale is equipped with gas pressure springs and weighing cells made of stainless steel 1.4301 to ensure optimum performance. With a protection rating of IP68 / 69k, it is also suitable for use in challenging environments. The junction box has a protection rating of IP66 and the measuring cable has been tested for 8 m functionality. The steel construction complies with DIN 1925 with a nominal load of 3.
- Various weighing units and optional interfaces: The floor scale offers various weighing units such as kg, g, t, and lb. It features interfaces such as RS-232, RS-485, USB, Ethernet, I/O, and traffic light. Additional interfaces can be added optionally.
- Convenient operation and additional functions: The floor scale comes with the Systec IT-1 evaluation device, which has a TFT color display. The hold function allows for easy reading of the measured value. You can switch between different weighing units for versatile applications. The floor scale is powered by a plug-in power supply and is suitable for use in potentially explosive areas with ATEX certification. It can be seamlessly integrated into your systems and allows for the connection of a PC, printer, and PLC. The stainless steel platform, waterproof weighing platform and waterproof evaluation device make it ideal for hygienic applications. The Systec data protocol allows for easy data transfer and analysis. It can be conveniently remotely controlled from a PC.
- Longevity and warranty: The floor scale is made of high-quality stainless steel and is durable. A 2-year warranty is provided. The IP protection of the display is IP69K and offers protection against dust and moisture. Calibration with an external weight ensures accurate measurement results.
